FAQ

Bemis Electric
Grand Junction, CO

Q: Do you offer a warranty?

Answer: Yes, Bemis Electric offers a limited warranty for 1 year from the installation date. This warranty applies only to physical goods and workmanship purchased through our company. This warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, Bemis Electric will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

This warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

Q: I purchased a hot tub and want to have it installed, what do I need to do next?

Answer: We have found the most efficient way to complete a hot tub/spa installation is to look at the project prior to having the tub set to discuss the best placement from an electrical standpoint and obtain the model number of the spa to determine the appropriate material requirements prior to any work being done.

A. Install the disconnect and wire in the spa after it has been set in place.

Other options are:

B. We can also coordinate to be on site at the same time as the tub is being set and work along with the spa team.

C. Some spa companies prefer to have the disconnect set in place prior to the tub delivery and complete the installation with their in-house employee. We can accommodate this request. Be advised that having another company complete the install will waive our warranty on our work and we are not liable for any damage to any equipment or materials for the spa install at that point. Additionally, Bemis Electric will not wire in a pig tail to connect to the tub until the spa is in place for safety reasons (live wires not attached to a machine is a life threating hazard). If we are required to return to run wiring from the disconnect to the tub after tub is set, this will incur additional charges.
